Minor and Major Treatment Goals for Intimate Pad Treatment
Treatment goals can be divided into minor and major categories based on the complexity of the problems involved, the number of muscle groups involved, and the intensity of the treatment. Below I will professionally list what is included in the minor and major treatment goals.
Minor treatment goals: These include problems that are specific, less complex, or target a specific muscle group. These usually require quicker and simpler treatments.
1. Treatment of stress incontinence:
- A milder urinary retention problem that occurs during physical exertion (e.g. coughing, sneezing, laughing).
- It is common among younger women, especially after childbirth.
2. Improve sexual functions:
- By improving muscle tone, it enhances the vagina's ability to squeeze and the sexual experience.
- It supports increasing the intensity of orgasm in both women and men.
3. Milder postpartum regeneration:
- It is effective for milder loss of tone or minimal muscle weakness where there is not yet significant incontinence.
- Milder male pelvic floor problems:
- For mild loss of pelvic floor tone or incipient incontinence problems.
Larger treatment goals: Larger treatment goals target issues that are complex, involve multiple muscle groups, or require deeper stimulation for effectiveness. These typically require longer treatment times and more intensive machine use.
1. Treatment of mixed incontinence:
- A urinary retention problem that includes both stress incontinence and urge incontinence (sudden urge to urinate).
- It is more common in older women and men, but can also occur after childbirth.
2. Severe postpartum regeneration:
- Restoration of significant pelvic floor muscle weakness or complete loss of tone after childbirth.
- This includes the rehabilitation of sprained pelvic floor muscles.
3. Prostate support for men:
- Treatment of urinary tract and pelvic floor muscle problems caused by prostate-related problems (e.g., enlargement or post-surgery recovery).
- Improves erectile function and sexual performance.
4. Managing cumulative problems:
- Cases where incontinence and sexual dysfunction are present simultaneously, or significant weakness of multiple pelvic floor muscle groups
5. Complex male pelvic floor problems:
- More severe urinary retention difficulties or muscle tone restoration after surgery.
